this place always is my favourite place for lunch or dinners with my love ones, their server is always very attentives and friendly, especially the manager Cindy, server Longjie and server Peter chi. can find Longjie for special soup base....and nice view

I would like to extend my greatest appreciation to HDL staff,春芳 and 杨茜, for their utmost professional service and attention to details. Their passion for serving others and putting their guest before themselves were extremely evident. My family and i were extremely taken care of, dishes were well recommended, drinks were actively and promptly served. They were truly a great ambassador of renowned HDL. Thank you very much ! Would highly recommend to dine here and meet these wonderful ambassadors.

April 2023 @ Downtown East Haidiliao Hot Pot Inside the restaurant, most of the respective seating bay/table/corners was added with different types of party deco which was ready for any of the walk in customers, especially customers that wanted to celebrate birthday... A good place filled with a taste of China Hometown hot pot "snacks"/chinese flavour food that comes with many variety of seasoning options, located at two dedicated area/corner, which was free flow and self-service... you can take any amount that you can finished up... They also has a corner where you can get free-flow ice cream

Amazing customer service by Yun Xia, making food taste even better. HDL has definitely kept her standards high & consistent in serving. Being in the Downtown east branch means less crowded even on Fridays yay!

Ambience of place is great, service is pretty good but food wise... Typical steamboat food, nothing to shout about. But I like to thank one particular service staff by the name of Peter. He seemed new and was really trying hard to excel on the job. Great effort. Very patient and friendly. Will return again for sure... :)

OMG. This outlet service is always not up to standard. We ordered the soup n food, the food came fast, but the soup.. after we had enough of the appetiser, the soup was not even served. I guess, even with the 10% service charged, it was not enough for them. But well, we are in the neighbourhood, and the service standard will be adjusted accordingly to where the shop is located right.

My favourite outlet as it's less crowded and has free flow maggie. The staff in HDL are always accommodating no matter what outlet so no complains on service! Food is good too
